1. Services Offered

  • InvoTech LLC provides home cleaning services, including:
    • Regular Services: Deep Cleaning, Regular Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Green Cleaning, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
    • Small or Additional Services: Kitchen Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Floor Cleaning, Dusting and Surface Cleaning, Appliance Cleaning, Bedroom Cleaning, Closet Organization, Pet Area Cleaning, Laundry Room Cleaning, Garage Cleaning, and Wall Washing.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Services can be booked through our website at “invotechllc.com”.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are securely processed.
  • Pricing details for specific services are listed on the website or provided upon request.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the service time may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Notify us in advance of any specific cleaning requirements, fragile items, or hazardous materials.
  • Secure valuables and personal items prior to the service.

5. Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.
  • InvoTech LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper maintenance of items.

6. Liability and Damages

  • Our team exercises the utmost care while providing services. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, clients must report it within 24 hours for evaluation.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the damaged item or the cost of the service, whichever is less.

7. Privacy and Data Use

  • By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • InvoTech LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted on the website with the revised effective date.
