At InvoTech LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our comprehensive home cleaning services. Please review our return and refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • If you are unsatisfied with our services, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion to request a review.
    • Refunds or re-cleaning will be provided at our discretion if the service fails to meet the agreed-upon standards.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
  3. Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be refunded in full.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  4. Exclusions:
    • Refunds are not applicable for incomplete or inaccurate bookings caused by client-provided misinformation.
  5. Re-Cleaning Policy:
    • In cases of dissatisfaction, we may offer a complimentary re-cleaning instead of a refund. Re-cleaning requests must be made within 24 hours of the initial service.
